The Situation
Ultra Power Controls manufactures industrial electrical panels (MV panels, PCC panels, APFC panels) and executes turnkey electrical infrastructure projects for manufacturing plants, textile mills, solar plants, and industrial facilities across South India.
They had serious technical capability. They'd executed projects worth ₹50L–₹2Cr+. But here was the problem: they were invisible.
90% of their leads came from personal relationships and word-of-mouth. They had zero Google visibility for keywords they should own: "industrial electrical panels Coimbatore," "power distribution solutions," "electrical panel manufacturer," "bus duct systems," "APFC panels." Decision makers searching for these terms weren't finding them.
Their website had no blog, no schema markup, no clear funnel. No AI engine cited them. They were leaving money on the table every single day.
What We Did
Phase 1: Market Analysis (Week 1–3)
We identified their buyers: plant managers, EPC contractors, factory owners, industrial consultants, and textile mill decision makers. We found 120+ high-intent keywords they should rank for, with almost zero established competitors owning them in Tamil Nadu.
Phase 2: Lead Generation Engine (Week 4–12)
We built an AI agent to systematically identify high-intent prospects across manufacturing facilities, EPC contractors, and textile mills. Each lead got a Close File: decision maker contact, why-now signal, approach strategy, and a tailored 3-email outreach sequence. We targeted 60–80 qualified leads per month, routed automatically to the founder's email and WhatsApp.
Phase 3: Website Rebuild + SEO Foundation (Week 13–20)
We rebuilt on Webflow (fast, clean, mobile-first) and embedded schema markup from day one: Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, and BreadcrumbList. We optimized Core Web Vitals (LCP 1.9s, FID <100ms, CLS 0.08), configured GA4 + GTM before launch, and built an internal linking structure connecting every service to 2–3 relevant blog posts.
Phase 4: Content Strategy (Week 21–26)
Created 18 SEO blog posts targeting high-intent keywords — panel selection guides, power distribution solutions, APFC panel cost savings, bus duct comparisons, and installation standards. Each post targeted 1–3 keywords, solved a specific buyer problem, included a clear CTA, and carried FAQ schema so answers could surface in AI responses.
Phase 5: GEO & AI Visibility (Week 20–26)
We created an LLMs.txt file — a public AI-readable summary of what Ultra Power Controls does, their services, case studies, and contact info. This means when a facility manager asks Claude or ChatGPT for a good electrical panel manufacturer in Coimbatore, Ultra Power Controls gets cited.
Results (as of August 2026 — 6 months in)
The ₹1 Crore contract: Lead #47 was a plant manager at a large manufacturing facility, found via organic search for "industrial electrical panels Coimbatore." He read the case studies, filled the contact form, the founder called, a site visit followed, and a 2-week quote process led to a signed ₹1 Crore contract — 8 weeks from first contact to signature.
